OTW is run by one person in Australia. Email is the only channel, and it reaches the person who can actually change the thing you are writing about.

What to get in touch about

A price that looks wrong
Include the station and suburb, what OTW showed, and what the board actually said. Prices come from the state government feeds servos report to, so a wrong price is usually a wrong report or a duplicate listing for the same servo — both of which can be traced once there is a station name to look at.
Your car isn't in the list
Tell us the year, make, model and engine. Cars are left out when there is no tank capacity for them, and a missing tank is a lookup rather than a rebuild — a specific car can usually be added quickly.
A wrong tank size or fuel figure
Tank capacities are OTW's own figures and the most likely thing on the site to be wrong. If yours differs from your owner's manual, say so and include the manual's number. You can also overwrite it yourself on the My Car page and OTW will use yours instead.
Data, licensing and press
Questions about where the figures come from, how they are derived, or about reusing them, go to the same address. The sources are listed on the about page.
Privacy
Requests about data OTW holds also go to this address. The short answer is that there are no accounts and your saved car never leaves your browser — the long answer is in the privacy policy.

What OTW can't help with

OTW is not a fuel retailer and has no connection to the stations it lists. It cannot help with a transaction at a servo, a loyalty card, a fuel card or a complaint about service. For those, contact the retailer directly. OTW also cannot change a price — the stations report them, and OTW only reads what the state feeds publish.

Found a problem?

A specific car, station or number is far easier to fix than a general report.
